About the sessionsI can offer day or evening sessions to fit in with your life, and also offer online sessions. I work in Ludlow and Leominster and can visit you at home where appropriate.
Most people start with weekly sessions, some will change the frequency as needed. Some only need one or two sessions. Everything we discuss is totally confidential. |
Things to think about in advanceWhat do you want to get out of counselling?
It's useful if you can think about goals for the beginning of your counselling, although these may change as sessions continue. What will be most helpful to you? For example, you might want to 'blow off steam', understand a situation, generate ideas for change, learn new ways of responding, or something else... What are your personal strengths and resources? If you can summarise your strengths and resources, then we can together consider how you can usefully make use of these in your current situation. |
